Guten Tag, wir bekommen keinen Kontakt zur Bosch Cloud bei einer Erstinstallation auf Kreta (Kamera blinkt blau-rot). Gibt es dafür Einschränkungn (geo fencing) oder Tipps (ping ?). Internetanbindung über WLAN - LTE funktioniert ansonsten normal.

@KnarfB Die Cloudanbindung funktioniert nur in Ländern, in denen das BSH System offiziell vertrieben wird.

Wir hatten das Problem z.B. schon mal mit Polen.

Du kannst das lösen, indem Du die Kamera per VPN mit D verbindest.
