&lt;P&gt;please&amp;nbsp;send me the support code from the camera app (you can find it under Settings --&amp;gt; Support --&amp;gt; Activate access by support) through personal message.&lt;BR /&gt;Then a 16-digit code will appear - with this we can read out the error logs of the camera.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our outdoor camera 2 got disconnected this night.&amp;nbsp; After shutting down the power, it wasn't solved after a reboot.&amp;nbsp; A blue light remains static.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;François&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hallo François,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you link this behavior to anything?&lt;BR /&gt;Did this happen after a SW update?&lt;BR /&gt;Or directly after commissioning the camera?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- switch off camera for longer time (&amp;gt; 1 hour)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- power camera again and give the camera some time (&amp;gt; 1 hour)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rgs / Marcel&lt;/P&gt;</description>
