How to get the external temp reading

There seems to be a possibility to add a tiny connector for external probe. (S1/S2) Where to get one?

Not completely understood the question behind.

You already use the Raumthermostat II in combination with the Zwischenstecker Kompakt in configuration "Heat device", right? That ist working properly? Fine!

Now you want to have an external temperature sensor, right? You can connect this temperature sensor or anything similar (NTC 10 kOhm) to S1 / S2. After that, you have to change the settings of the Raumthermostat II to "external sensor with control".
