I want to return an item I bought on 22.11.2025 and received a few days afterwards. Within the customer rights - return period, I want to send it back and get reimbursed. The procedure is not lean and I already opened 2 tickets (today and last week) to get the return label. Nobody is replying... What shall I do? I am about to leave for Xmas vacation...

You have to unfortunately wait until you receive a response from the service team. It can take few days. I haven't ordered anything as guest — now that you have ordered as guest, this could probably take a bit longer as the service team should check few more things like if the device was ordered from us and conpare the batch number to the existing lot.
