Hi,
I purchased the Bosch Innen Camera 2 on 19th Nov 2024 online on Amazon and it got delivered to me on 21st Nov 2024 when I also successfully installed it. It ran well from almost 10pm on 21st Nov till 8pm on 22Nov when I couldn't access the video on the Bosch smart camera app and I receive this error message.
"Unknown Error
An unknown Error occured (-304). Please try again later."
What is the solution? What if I am on holidays and can't reset or on/off the camera from home? The purpose of home security is failed by purchasing this when on the 2nd day I can't use the camera. Please help.
