keine Verbindung zum SHC II

Hallo, habe seit gestern morgen keine Verbindung mehr zum  SMC II

Ausstecken und nach 10 Min neu starten hilft nicht

IP Adresse eingeben auch nicht

habe noch jemand das gleiche Problem? 

Wie bekomme ich das gelöst?

I assume something went wrong with the firmware update caused the certificate not to be updated. the last thing i would try is to do a factory reset for the controller, but i wouldn’t do that on my controller yet.

Same problem on my side even a factory reset has not fixed the problem.

factory reset didn’t help with me as well. as per the advice from @SmartHomeGuru I opened a ticket for HW replacement
