Bosch cs6800i wärmpumpe heizung und warmwasser nicht funktioniert

For two days now, my Bosch CS6800i heat pump heating and hot water system has not been working properly. In the morning after 6 p.m. the hot water temperature drops below 20 degrees and the same applies to the heaters. In the evening around 4 p.m. the temperature rises again. I have connected an external water storage tank to the heat pump. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
