Hello,
Our outdoor camera 2 got disconnected this night. After shutting down the power, it wasn't solved after a reboot. A blue light remains static.
Any advice ?

Hallo François,
Can you link this behavior to anything?
Did this happen after a SW update?
Or directly after commissioning the camera?
Please try:
- switch off camera for longer time (> 1 hour)
- power camera again and give the camera some time (> 1 hour)

It suddenly stopped working last night no specific event related to it. Ok I will try to disconnect it for one hour. Thanks !

Is there a way to check the logs to see what happened last night at 4am ?

Hello @FrancoisL,
please send me the support code from the camera app (you can find it under Settings --> Support --> Activate access by support) through personal message.
Then a 16-digit code will appear - with this we can read out the error logs of the camera.
