Hi everyone. Bosch pushed a firmware update to my smart home controller 2 and now my room tempature is unavailable. The thermostats (I have 3 in that room) are paired still. One of them is showing that a firmware update is pending but the others don't. I tried to re-pair them but they say they're already connected. I deleted the one that shows the firmware update still pending and re-paired it but nothing seems to fix the issue. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hello @mfrankly, if any of your radiator thermostats have not been deleted, be so kind and just remove a battery. After inserting the battery again check it the devices sends a signal to your Smart Home Controller. Also check for unusual blinking patterns. Concerning the device you have already deleted: Perform a reset of the radiator prior to the integration in your Smart Home system: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ERqiVs534y8&list=PLvRPsBHOFEs-4DpWjM7489BgLk2Rx5bQH&index=11
